Questions & Answers
What information do you need to start the bail process?
We typically need the full name and court or jail location of the defendant. Next, we will discuss terms of the bond with a qualified cosigner (close friend or family member).
How do I qualify for a bail bond?
It's easier than you might think! Usually, a few details about the case and some personal information are all we need to start. Our team is here to guide you every step of the way with a friendly smile.
Do you offer bail bonds for all types of charges?
Yes, we provide bail bonds for a wide range of charges, depending on the situation.
Where do you post bail bonds?
We post bail at David L Moss (Tulsa County Jail), Broken Arrow Municipal Jail, Creek County, Osage County, Tribal Courts, Wagoner County and other surrounding jails. For information or to get started, contact Signature Bail Bonds today.
What is the process for posting Tulsa bail bonds?
For bail bonds in Tulsa, we work to make the process as quick and simple as possible. Typically, a cosigner(s) will visit with an agent in our downtown Tulsa office and complete some paperwork. This process is generally about 15-20 minutes. For simple or smaller bonds, we may also be able to complete the paperwork online or by email. After all paperwork is complete, one of our agents will present the bail bond at the Tulsa jail. Release times vary and depend largely on circumstance within the jail. After the person bonded is released, they will need to swing by our office to sign their portion of the bail bonds paperwork.
